  Found a guy carrying a from2 carpet and asked him what to do, he said he was only holding the carpet for a colleague, that he didn't work for them. We followed him to the office, where he left us waiting in front, closed it and ran telling us to get a taxi (would cost us 150€!).

  Shuttle transfer booked from cruise terminal at 10am. Disembarked at 8.30 am so in plenty of time to meet shuttle. No sign of them.Others catching shuttle had instructions to go to a different terminal, so they checked that out and no one there either.

  We arrived to Barcelona Airport late at night because of a flight delay. The company had our Flight details, so they could check when we were arriving, and knew we were coming with a toddler. As soon as we picked up our baggage, we went looking for them in the arrivals lobby. Found many other carriers representatives but couldn't find them. Asked at the airport info desk, they told us the last shuttle was long gone. Called the emergency phone noted on the voucher, got a notification that the number has been shut down.

  Asked worker who showed us where the From2 shuttle arrived and there was a van there but the driver was standing around and would not help us as we were not on his list. He did not go looking for his passengers or have a board with names on. We had tried ringing the emergency line a number of times when first could not find shuttle but only got recorded message. Finally got driver to give us a phone number that would be answered. A Spanish lady also waiting phoned and after heated discussion advised us someone was coming. Half an hour they arrived and a rude lady stated they always showed a board with names on it and we were at fault. There was at least 6 of us and we were there at 8.30 and saw no-one. And the driver we did see did not have a board

  Avoid this company like the plague. Bus driver dropped us at the wrong terminal in barcelona .That was with me telling him we should have been at the other one . Promptly dropped us off & disappeared .dick

  Never ever book with these people, an hour and a half wait for our transfer with next to no guidance. Definitely NOT the way you want to start a holiday! AWFUL!

  Left a family of 7 stranded in hotel portaventura after already paying for transfer we had to organise our own taxi which costed us again only just made it to our flight home.

  After we arrived to Salou, we contacted them asking them to give us our money back since they left us hanging like that. We got our money for the return trip that we canceled, but after disputing, they claimed that they waited for us for an hour and then left. I'm sure it didn't take us an hour to get our baggage.

  After roaming the airport desperately all night with a 1.5 year old child that just couldn't fall asleep, we ended taking the metro to Sants station and then a train to Salou in the morning.
