  Rooms are fantastic, really high quality finish, gravity showers with high pressure and hairdryers as standard. Entertainment is passable for a young family. Food is definitely above average for all inclusive, plenty of choice with lots of freshly cooked to order options. Snacks are also decent. Staff are good, but check in was pretty nonchalant, could do with a bit more "get up and go" from front of house staff. The lifeguards are very good and the splash pool is excellent, the slides are a massive selling point and all guests seemed to enjoy them, especially my 3 year old! The number of sunbeds is adequate and the process for dealing with "reservations" is great for families. No dumping your towels at 6am and disappearing shopping for the day! :D Beer on AI is San Miguel, not local watered down option. Cocktails are good, 3 on AI, others for a very reasonable surcharge. Rooms cleaned every day to a high standard, fridge restocked with water every day. Air con as standard. WiFi that's free but still fast and usable, with great coverage across the whole hotel. Seriously. This place has it all for a young family. The resort is quiet, with very few restaurants, but the hotel more than makes up for it, especially for the price we paid! Book now, and look forward to a great stay.

  Hotel is beautiful inside and out, tho surrounding area is a little tired. Rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. Staff at hotel are very well mannered and always busy. Food and drink is great and the hotel has plenty of seating areas and lovely dining areas. Would definitely recommend

  Lovely friendly family fun hotel 200 mts from the beach. Excellent choice of food and lovely staff. Great animations team in the kids club. Newly refurbished in April 2017 clean modern styling.

  Excellent hotel, good children's entertainment and really helpful staff. Room was lovely and very clean, lovely shower and a sea view from the balcony. Food was good and there was a wide range of food from more adventurous tastes to just plain chips and pizza! Had a lovely time and wish I could've stayed longer
